BUS 110 Week 12

This is one of my final weeks for my entrepreneurial journal, at least for this particular class.

In one of my classes, I felt like I learned lessons about competition in business. As we listened to presentations from other students about businesses they hoped to start, it became clear that some businesses would face larger competitors than others. This got me thinking about the importance of considering competition when starting a business. While it's essential to believe in your idea and your ability to execute it, it's equally crucial to assess the competition and determine how you can differentiate yourself.

Another critical lesson from this week was the importance of being flexible in pursuing your dreams. As I think about my entrepreneurial goals, it's easy to get caught up in the vision and feel like I have to stick to a strict plan. However, the reality is that the path to success is rarely linear. Things may not always go according to plan, and it's essential to be open to adjusting your approach as you encounter new challenges.

In my own experience, I've found that the next steps often reveal themselves as you take the first step into the unknown. While it can be scary to step into the fog or darkness, trust that the next step will become clearer as you move forward. Being flexible and open to adjusting your plans can ultimately lead to better outcomes in the long run.
